Easy and Delicious Dinner Idea

I love trying new restaurants and eateries, but on weeknights, staying home and eating a quick and easy dinner is preferred. My go-to dinner lately has been Brussels sprouts and teriyaki chicken salad. They are all from Trader Joe's, and you can prepare everything from the freezer to the table in under 10 minutes.

I've been obsessed with Trader Joe's new Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, and it has been a wonderful side dish on my dinner table that is super easy to make.

These delicious Brussels sprouts are tossed in the hoisin, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers. They taste sweet, spicy, and saucy all at the same time. And the best part is that it's pre-made, so all I need to do is heat it up.

There is a generous amount of Brussels sprouts, and it is plenty for two people if you're sharing it as a side.

My main dinner has been barbeque chicken salad made with the BBQ Teriyaki Chicken from Trader Joe's. This has been around for a long time, but it's consistently on my Trader Joe's shopping list.

Generous servings of chopped dark chicken meat are marinated in authentic teriyaki sauce, and they are amazing over a bed of rice.

But I've been making salads out of it, and it is also so tasty.

You can cook it in the microwave, but I highly suggest cooking it on the stovetop. It brings out the charbroiled barbeque flavor, and it really doesn't take that much longer. It'll take about 7 minutes to cook it, so it's as simple as making ramen!

Top it off with sesame seeds, cashews, and wonton strips, you can prepare a filling and satisfying dinner salad.
