Pampas Grill at The Grove’s Farmers Market is hands-down my go-to spot because it’s the perfect mix of quality, flavor, and that casual, no-fuss vibe. The Brazilian churrascaria setup lets you build your plate exactly how you want, and the picanha (top sirloin) is always juicy and perfectly seasoned —absolute perfection. You pay by weight, so you’re not locked into a set meal. Whether you’re craving a light lunch or a full-on feast, it never disappoints.

The Original Farmers Market is a foodie paradise, and there are a few spots I can’t resist every time I go!

Go-To Favorites:

🍗 Pampas Grill – This Brazilian churrasco spot is a must! The picanha (top sirloin) is always juicy and flavorful, and you pay by weight, so you can mix and match. Their cheese bread (pão de queijo) is also a winner.

🍩 Bob’s Coffee & Doughnuts – The best apple fritter in LA, hands down. Super crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with cinnamon flavor.

🌮 Trejo’s Tacos – The blackened salmon taco and jackfruit taco are my top picks. Their salsas are also next-level.

Unique & Ethnic Eats:

🥩 Moishe’s Restaurant – An Armenian-Middle Eastern spot with an amazing shawarma plate and lamb chops. Their garlic sauce is addictive.

🐙 Roxy & Jo's Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar – Fresh seafood in a casual setting. Their grilled octopus salad is surprisingly good.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet and different, check out Zia Valentina for their granita affogato, which is an Italian shaved ice meets espresso treat!

I finally got around to trying Pasta Corner at the Original Farmers Market, and wow—it did not disappoint! The setup is small, but it feels like a hidden gem tucked between all the market’s hustle and bustle. I went on a weekend afternoon, and while it was busy, the line moved fast.

The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauce had just the right amount of creaminess without being too heavy. My friend and I both both agreed it was one of the best we’ve had in LA—super silky with the perfect balance of cheese and pepper.

The best part would undoubtedly be the people-watching. Sitting outside with a plate of handmade pasta while soaking in the market’s lively atmosphere was such a vibe. Definitely recommend grabbing a seat if you can, but even if you take it to-go, the quality holds up.

Would I go back? Absolutely—next time, I’m trying the Lobster Ravioli!

Pampas Grill at the Original Farmers Market is a total must if you love Brazilian churrasco. It may look like a quick grab-and-go place, but I always end up having a feast, lol.

It's a pay-by-weight setup, so you go through the line, pick your meats and sides, and then they weigh your plate at the end. I highly recommend pacing yourself because it’s so easy to load up on everything. The picanha (top sirloin) is hands-down the best—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and with that crispy, flavorful fat cap. If you see them slicing a fresh batch, wait for it.

For sides, you have so many choices!

The vibe is casual but always bustling. If you can snag a table outside, it’s a great spot to chill, people-watch, and dig into your plate. Just be ready to get hooked.
