I'm trying to bake oversized muffins at home like the ones from a Central Market. Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table didn't have large muffin tins. Where do I find one?
Wilton has muffin pans in all sizes. My go-to baking supplies brand is actually Wilton. They are reasonably priced, durable, and very functional.
This giant cupcake pan bakes 6 muffins at a time, and each muffin is huge! It can also be used for angel food cakes, molding gelatin, ice cream, or mousse. I've only used the pan for baking muffins, and they came out perfect.
It is non-stick, but I like to use baking liners to make the muffins look more presentable and gift-worthy.
