Bibigo's BBQ Flavored Beef Patty is so delicious, and it's my staple purchase every time I go to Costco. There are several Bibigo products at Costco like dumplings, but these beef patties are my favorite. They are easy to cook and so delicious.

The patties are marinated in bulgogi sauce.

I pan-fry them in low heat, and they're great as burger patties. I eat them with rice, too - easy Korean lunch.

You can get them at Kroger and Asian grocery stores, but Costco has the most competitive pricing.

Also, Bibigo's Chicken Rice Bowl with Teriyaki Sauce is also really good.

I stock my freezer, and it makes a quick and easy afternoon snack.

First - Meiji's Chocorooms.

Shaped in cute mushrooms, these snacks are fun and delicious. The chocolate mushroom cap has a rich chocolatey flavor, and the biscuits are crunchy.

I love how they're individually packaged, making portion control easier. These are so delicious and addictive that if they came in one large bag, I would eat the whole thing in a day, bahaha.

I also stock my cart with Lundberg Family Farms' Organic Brown Short Grain Rice. Short-grain rice is great for making sushi or other East Asian cuisine, and I don't eat white rice. Costco's 12-lb package is so much more economical than buying smaller portions at other grocery stores.

And lastly, the Honey Blossom Cookies.

They are sometimes out of stock, but if you see one at your local Costco, get them! These are traditional Korean blossom-shaped honey-flavored cookies, and they are so delightful. If you like sweet snacks, these are going to make you happy.
