Biggest thing that helped me personally: blinking more consciously during screen use + preservative-free drops instead of standard pharmacy eye drops.

If your dry eyes are caused by long screen hours, don’t just buy random “redness relief” drops. Most of those are designed to reduce redness temporarily, not actually improve tear quality.

For daily dry eye relief, I’d focus on 3 things:

  1. Preservative-free artificial tears

  2. Contact-lens-safe formulas if you wear lenses

  3. Heat therapy for evaporative dry eye

Products I’d personally recommend:

• Hylo Care Eye Drops — really good for screen-heavy work because the lubrication lasts longer than basic saline-style drops. Also gentle on sensitive eyes.

• Refresh Classic Preservative-Free — great if your eyes react to preservatives or if you use drops several times a day.

• EyeLax Warm 3D Heating Eye Mask — surprisingly effective if your eyes feel gritty or tired at night. Warm compresses help the oil glands work better.
