Looking for some healthier alternatives to chips that I can snack on. Many of the Keto snacks in the market I've tasted were awful, and very heavy on protein aftertaste. I'm not necessarily looking for "keto" snacks.
I love Terra chips, and this new flavor is perfect for fall. The bag contains an assortment of sweet potatoes and apples with a hint of cinnamon, and it tastes so so good. I snack on these at work, and they're so crunchy and yummy.
They are made with "real ingredients", so I would argue they're healthier than highly processed potato chips. They're not low-calorie food, though, so keep that in mind when you're debating on finishing the whole bag.
Real Vegetable Chips Spiced Sweets and Apples with a Hint of Cinnamon
The Good Crisp Company's potato chips are made without the top allergens and artificial ingredients.
Its chips come in several different flavors that are very similar to Pringles, like Sour Cream & Onion, Aged White Cheddar, or Original. I like how they're gluten-free, as well.
My favorite's BBQ - they have updated the flavor to Outback BBQ. These are so good.
They’re made with just apples and cinnamon—no added sugars, oils, or preservatives. They satisfy that craving for something crunchy and sweet while being naturally low in calories and full of fiber. So yummy.
I love Skinny Pop because it’s a light and satisfying snack that doesn’t feel overly processed. The popcorn is perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of saltiness and crunch, making it easy to munch on without feeling too heavy.
It’s made with simple ingredients—just popcorn, sunflower oil, and a bit of salt—so there’s no guilt involved. It’s also great for sharing or bringing along for movie nights, and since it’s gluten-free and relatively low in calories, it feels like a balanced choice for any snacking occasion.
