"Healthy" Alternatives to Chips

Requirements:

Crunchy

Extra Details:

Looking for some healthier alternatives to chips that I can snack on. Many of the Keto snacks in the market I've tasted were awful, and very heavy on protein aftertaste. I'm not necessarily looking for "keto" snacks.

Erewhon’s Kale Chips. They have a savory, cheesy, and slightly nutty flavor, depending on the seasoning. The texture is crunchy and light, and the kale itself gives a mild earthiness, which pairs well with the flavorful seasoning. And these taste better than kale chips from other grocery stores like Sprouts. They're crispier and I like the seasoning better.

Kale chips are marketed as a nutrient-dense, organic snack that's packed with vitamins and minerals, appealing to those seeking healthier alternatives to regular chips. I don't recommend gobbling the whole box, but these kale chips make a delicious and satisfying alternative to regular potato chips.

The Good Crisp Company's potato chips are made without the top allergens and artificial ingredients.

Its chips come in several different flavors that are very similar to Pringles, like Sour Cream & Onion, Aged White Cheddar, or Original. I like how they're gluten-free, as well.

My favorite's BBQ - they have updated the flavor to Outback BBQ. These are so good.

Bare Cinnamon Apple chips.

They’re made with just apples and cinnamon—no added sugars, oils, or preservatives. They satisfy that craving for something crunchy and sweet while being naturally low in calories and full of fiber. So yummy.

I love Terra chips, and this new flavor is perfect for fall. The bag contains an assortment of sweet potatoes and apples with a hint of cinnamon, and it tastes so so good. I snack on these at work, and they're so crunchy and yummy.

They are made with "real ingredients", so I would argue they're healthier than highly processed potato chips. They're not low-calorie food, though, so keep that in mind when you're debating on finishing the whole bag.
