Extra Details:

I've cleared out a bedroom, so I could convert it into a home gym. The room is about 11' x 13'. Since it's not the largest room, I need to be strategic about the equipment I put in. I'd like to get as diverse equipment as the space permits. What should I get?

The Rogue Stepr is an excellent investment for a home gym because it offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout that targets the legs, core, and cardiovascular system. It’s compact yet sturdy, so it fits well in smaller home spaces while still delivering a commercial-grade workout experience.

The stepper’s adjustable resistance allows you to scale your workouts, making it versatile for different fitness levels and training goals, from steady-state cardio to high-intensity interval training.

Rogue's build quality is top-notch, meaning you’re getting a durable, long-lasting machine designed to withstand consistent use. It’s perfect for anyone looking to add an efficient, joint-friendly cardio option to their home setup.

I love my Peloton tread.

I use it daily to get the 10,000 steps in. I like the fact that I can walk at my own pace whenever. Usually after dinner, I walk for half an hour.

Yes, Peloton requires a monthly subscription service if you want to use their workout programs, but it's quite useful and keeps me motivated to work out consistently. And that's crucial in a home gym setup.
