Extra Details:

Curious to hear what wearable tech is actually moving the needle for you in 2025. I’m in the market for something that goes beyond your average smartwatch. I’m looking for cutting-edge wearable tech that tracks more than just steps or heart rate. The gadget doesn't have to meet all the requirements, of course. If you’re wearing something that’s made a tangible difference in your energy, sleep, or overall health—I want to hear about it 🙏

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR, and it’s honestly the perfect combo of subtle design + deep tracking. The metabolic score, HRV, and sleep breakdowns are super useful. I wear it alongside the Freestyle Libre 3 CGM (via Levels app), so I’m able to see glucose spikes from food/stress in real time. It’s a game-changer for managing energy and mood. Expensive? Yes. But worth it for me.

One of the coolest things I saw at CES 2025 was the Circular Ring 2 — it seriously stepped up the smart ring game. I personally haven't used it as it was just released, but I pre-ordered mine. Not only does it track the usual stuff like sleep and steps, but it can also run an ECG and detect AFib, which is wild for something that tiny. It's FDA-cleared too, so it’s not just gimmicky. Battery lasts around 8 days, and the design is sleek enough to wear 24/7. Definitely feels like a strong alternative to the Oura Ring if you're into detailed health tracking but don’t want a chunky smartwatch on your wrist. Can't wait to try one.
