Keto Snacks with Low Sugar and High Protein Content
For Whom/What:
Keto Dieters in late 40s
Requirements:
No added sugar
Contains at least 1g of protein per 10kcal.
No drinks (smoothies, protein powder, etc.)
Extra Details:
I'm a constant snacker, and I'm the kind of person who would rather eat intermittent snacks than a big full meal. So if I'm going to snack anyway, I'd figured I could just eat protein-packed snacks to meet my daily requirements. Any suggestions?
They don't contain as much protein as you had requested, but they have 0g of sugar and are very much Keto-friendly. Honestly, they're one of the best-tasting Keto cookies out there.
I've tried the chocolate chip and Hawaiian cookies, and they're both so delicious that I have to recommend both flavors. There are other flavors like Cappuccino, Snickerdoodle, Lemon Blast, and Peanut Butter. I can't comment on them because I haven't tried them yet.
They're the best guilt-free cookies!
And the brownies. These are so good - I can’t believe they contain so much protein per serving. I eat at least one a day. I eat it as a post-workout snack or midday snack around 3-ish, and it fills me up and satisfied.
Quest's Hero Protein Bars are so, so delicious, and I actually love snacking on these more so than other snack options.
I was always appalled by the weird aftertaste that so many protein bars have, but these Hero bars taste like dessert! Quest has 5 flavors, and I've tasted them all. Calorie-wise, bars that contain chocolate have slightly higher calories.
I'm a habitual snacker, and I've been eating at least 1 Hero bar a day, sometimes as a dessert. It keeps me full and satisfied.
I eat this protein bar these days. It's quickly become my favorite of late. It has a decent amount of protein (20g per 230 calories). It's not quite as much as you'd asked for, but it's pretty close, I think. And it tastes much better than other bars with high protein content.
0g sugar, too. I buy them on Amazon. I like the white chocolate flavor, but you can try a variety pack to sample different flavors.

These protein pastries from Legendary Foods are amazing.
A pastry doesn't have any added sugar and contains a hefty serving of protein - 20g per serving (180 calories).
Microwave it for 10-15 seconds, and you get a gooey, delicious treat that's loaded with protein.
