Keto Dieters in late 40s

Requirements:

No added sugar

Contains at least 1g of protein per 10kcal.

No drinks (smoothies, protein powder, etc.)

Extra Details:

I'm a constant snacker, and I'm the kind of person who would rather eat intermittent snacks than a big full meal. So if I'm going to snack anyway, I'd figured I could just eat protein-packed snacks to meet my daily requirements. Any suggestions?
