I like to use the 8 Soft Cooler for my personal use - it is the perfect size for my lunch and a can of soda. The Hopper Flip 8 Soft Cooler fits 11 cans (only) and 10 lbs of ice (only). Yeti has larger sizes, like the 12 or 18 soft coolers, if you need to pack for two or three people.
I admit, the zipper is not as smooth as I had hoped, but at the same time, I don't have to worry about the zipper coming undone and spilling my contents. Yeti includes a zipper lubricant, so you can "oil" the zipper in between uses.
Paired with a Yeti Ice, my cooler keeps the contents cool for hours. For the Hopper 8, I recommend the 1lb ice. It fits nicely on the bottom or top of the cooler, and for extra-long cooling, you can sandwich the content with 2 ice packs, one on the bottom and the other on the top.
For maintenance, you can simply wipe the inside with a damp cloth or a baby wipe. It doesn't get simpler than this.
