Can a bottle of essence dramatically transform one’s complexion and prevent skin’s premature aging? Yes, yes, a million times yes. Lately, I can’t get enough of Fresh’s Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence. A recent addition to its anti-aging line, the Black Tea Kombucha Essence does not fail to impress.

Kombucha is a fermented sweet black tea that is known for its potent antioxidant ability and anti-pollution protection. The watery essence is infused with kombucha, mandarin peel extract, kigelia Africana fruit extract, and hyaluronic acid. I’m almost done with a bottle, and if I skip the Kombucha Essence, I notice the difference right away. The Kombucha Essence is very effective at evening out the appearances of fine lines. For some magical reason, my skin appears smoother and other serums and moisturizers get absorbed much more effectively.

I live in LA. Living in a big city has its perks, but battling with environmental pollution is not one of them. Constant exposure to pollution clogs pores and ultimately leads to inflamed skin and premature wrinkles. The Kombucha Essence is a must-have for city dwellers because kombucha is effective in combating the environmental aggressors that are culprits of premature wrinkles.

Whenever I have tired-looking skin, I soak cotton pads with the Kombucha Essence and leave it on my cheeks for 5 minutes. My skin looks immediately better, well rested and supple.

It is very potent and effective. The essence delivers everything it promises.

During my pregnancy, my skin was parched!

My skin isn't usually dry, but throughout the whole 9 months, my face couldn't be drier. At first, I was reapplying a facial moisturizer several times a day, but my skin demanded more. I didn't wanna use facial oil because I felt like it was clogging my pores, so I used a serum instead.

I used Cosrx's Balancium B5 D-Panthenol Ampoule, along with my regular moisturizer, and the dryness improved significantly.

This "ampoule" with 30% of D-Panthenol strengthens one's skin barrier and replenishes moisture, and my skin felt much calmer and replenished every time I applied it before a moisturizer.

Each vial may look small, and it is indeed smaller than other serums that usually hold 1 oz (30 ml). However, you get 2 vials per pack (20 ml in total), and each vial lasts a really long time because you only need like a drop or two.

My skin was really dry during pregnancy, and because of that my moisture barrier was completely out of balance. This cream drastically improved dry patches around my cheeks, and the painful dryness disappeared.

The cream glides on so smoothly and creates a protective barrier, so my skin stays hydrated.

I also mixed this cream with a lighter moisturizer that doubled as a makeup base during the day, and the combo was perfect before putting on any foundation.
