Prenatal Vitamins

Extra Details:

Which prenatal vitamins do you recommend? I'm pregnant with my first child, and I'm not happy with the one my OBGYN recommended from Nature Made. It worsens my nausea!

I took Perelel prenatal vitamins throughout my whole pregnancy, and I was very happy with them. Perelel actually has prenatal vitamins for each stage of your pregnancy - 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters, as your nutritional requirements change as your pregnancy progresses. For instance, Perelel's 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack contains an anti-nausea blend to help with morning sickness. And its 2nd Trimester Prenatal Pack contains more calcium and magnesium.

Each box contains 30 pill pockets. You can take one and go. Very convenient packaging.

They can be slightly pricier than other prenatal vitamins, but it was totally worth it for me.

Natalist's Prenatal Daily Packets contain 21 high-quality, gentle ingredients that are needed during the entire stages of your pregnancy. I carefully perused the ingredient list and the contents of each ingredient, and I was happy to discover these vitamin packets contain all essential nutrients including vegan DHA, choline, folate, iron, B6, B12, iodine, biotin, and selenium.

I was specifically looking for prenatal vitamins with choline as it aids with the neurodevelopment of the fetus.

Each packet is individually packaged, so you can take it to go. No need to carry a bottle or bottles, depending on the types of vitamins you take.
