If you’re looking to switch up your breakfast game and add a healthy protein boost to your morning routine, Catalina Crunch cereal is definitely worth trying. Unlike your average sugary cereals, Catalina Crunch is crafted to be a low-carb, high-protein option that doesn’t skimp on flavor. Each serving packs around 11 grams of plant-based protein and 9 grams of fiber, making it a fantastic choice for keeping you full and energized throughout the day.

The best part? It comes in a variety of delicious flavors like Dark Chocolate, Cinnamon Toast, and Maple Waffle, so you don't have to sacrifice taste for nutrition.

My recent obsession is the Premier Protein Chocolate Almond Cereal from Post. Let me just start by saying that I've tried dozens of keto/protein cereals that are on the market, and there are other cereals that I recommend if you're on an extremely restrictive sugar-free and protein-based diet. This contains 5g of sugar, so if you're aiming for zero sugar, let me know, so I can suggest something else.

But if you're trying to eat healthier and add some protein boost in the morning, I recommend this because it tastes great. This chocolate almond cereal is crunchy, chocolatey, and semi-sweet, which tastes even better with almond milk.

And it is much cheaper than other keto cereals on the market.
