I'm trying to get some new toys for my 15-month-old very active and playful son. He's into ride-on cars, balls, sandboxes, and balance bikes. I'm considering some of the bigger toys like a play kitchen, trampoline, or ball pits. As they're going to be major purchases and taking up a significant portion of our living room real estate, I'd like to get the best one if possible. What turned out to be your kids' favorite toys?
The John Deere Bubble Lawn Mower has been a total hit in our house! My toddler is obsessed and pretty much wants to "mow the lawn" every day. It’s the cutest thing ever watching them push it around with that proud little smile.
The bubbles are definitely the best part. It’s like a bubble party every time we go outside! Plus, it’s super easy to refill and doesn't go through the solution too quickly, which is a win for me. The bright green and yellow design is adorable, and it’s tough enough to handle all the rough and tumble play.
Another thing I love is how it makes those fun mechanical sounds without needing any batteries. My kid feels like a real pro, and it's been great for pretend play and getting those little legs moving. It's also been a lifesaver for keeping my toddler entertained while I tackle some actual yard work.
If you're on the lookout for a toy that’ll keep your little one busy and giggling, I can’t recommend the John Deere Bubble Lawn Mower enough. It's been a backyard favorite and has given us so many sweet memories :)
Indoor ball pit. I can't stress enough how much my nephews used/loved it. If your space allows it, go with the bigger one because bigger's always better. Yes, you need more balls to fill the pit, but it meant exponentially more fun for my nephews.
