Sugar Free Snacks

These are decent alternatives to Pop-Tarts. I used to live on Pop-Tarts when I was in college and gained way more than freshmen 15, as they were loaded with sugar and carbs. My body can no longer tolerate the jittery amount of sugar, so it's been a while since I switched to a sugar-free lifestyle.

Legendary Foods' Tasty Pastry obviously don't taste the same as Pop-Tarts, but they are quite delicious and are made of much better ingredients.

For 180 calories, the Tasty Pastry has 20g of protein, 4g of net carbs, and 0 added sugar. I'd say that's pretty good.

Make sure to warm it up in the microwave - it makes a huge difference and the pastry tastes much, much better.

This sugar-free jelly has 0 added sugar. It has a good, chewy texture, enough to keep my jelly cravings at bay.

I'm pretty good with not eating sugary treats, but Hichews are something else. I can finish a bag while I'm driving home from work, lol. It's not 100% sugar-free, but it has 30% less sugar than original Hichew. And it tastes just as good and chewy as the original Hichew.

That's It bars are perfect for anyone looking for a healthy, convenient snack option.

These bars are 100% fruits - apples, mangos, blueberries, strawberries, etc. depending on the flavor, so naturally they have 0g added sugar.

They’re ideal for busy professionals needing a quick energy boost during the day, parents wanting a nutritious treat for their kids, and fitness enthusiasts looking for a post-workout snack.

There's a regular-sized bar as well, but I personally prefer the mini. They're easier to carry and are the perfect size for kids.
