Are they worth it? Alo Warrior Yoga Mat and Uplifting Yoga Blocks Review

I've been a long-time user of Alo's Warrior Mat, and I've been loving it. After years of usage, the mat was starting to lose its grip and cushion, so it was time for me to replace it. I'm not the kind of person who buys the same thing over and over (I like to try new things, haha), but I didn't hesitate to repurchase this yoga mat from Alo because it's literally perfect.

This time I got the yoga blocks from Alo as well. The Uplifting Yoga Blocks are lightweight but offer dependable and reliable support when you need it.

The yoga blocks measure 4" x 6" x 9", and they are ideal for maintaining stability during challenging poses.

Alo sells single yoga blocks, so if you need a pair, you'll need to purchase two blocks.

The mat is in Dove Grey color. There are currently 7 colors available. Each color is gorgeous! The black one is the bestselling color, but I wanted to venture out this time!

I also got the yoga blocks in the same matching color, and they're beautiful!

The top layer of the Warrior Mat is made of 100% polyurethane leather, giving you a grippy, no-slip texture.

The last thing I want is to slip during a hot yoga session, breaking my concentration and practice, so a good grippy mat that sticks is a must. You can tell the difference right away, especially from the $20-30 mats.

The Warrior mat is moisture-wicking and cushioned for joint support. I find the thickness and cushion just right - thick enough for joint support but stable enough for even the most advanced poses.

The back of the mat is made of 100% rubber, so the mat doesn't slide around. This is particularly helpful when you're doing a headstand or handstand. You don't wanna lose your balance!

The newly replaced Warrior Mat is such a game-changer. It will be my best yoga companion for years to come. I honestly love and recommend both the Warrior Mat and the Uplifting Yoga Blocks, but if I have to choose just one, it'd be the Warrior Mat. There are good alternatives to the Uplifting Yoga Blocks, but the grip and cushion of the Warrior Mat are just unparalleled. Totally worth it!
