Recently, I was gifted a scented candle from Diptyque by an acquaintance, and I'm so excited. 

She knew I love Diptyque candles because I casually mentioned it during our conversation about home fragrance. She remembered that and gifted me this candle the last time she visited. So thoughtful. 

Diptyque's Baies scent is one of its most popular and well-known scents. 

I was gifted a 600g Large 3-wick candle, poured into a black porcelain jar. 

These are the sizes for the Baies candle. 

It's so chic that I'm definitely going to save the jar and use it for storage. 

Diptyque describes the scent as the herbarium of fruits - the cool, tangy scent of blackcurrant berries blends with the lively, flowery accents of rose. 

I detect a predominantly blackcurrant scent, and there is a very faint trace of rose. I love how fruity and refreshing the scent is because my other scented candle from Diptyque is Feu de Bois, and it has a woody and grounded scent. Baies is a nice and pleasant departure from Feu de Bois. 

I haven't even lit the candle, and it filled my room with the most beautiful and refreshing scent. I can't wait to burn it and enjoy the fragrance for hours.
