Have you Listerine, yet?

My dentist recommended adding Listerine to my oral care routine, and I’m never going back to non-Listerine days. I have been regularly brushing and flossing my teeth, but I didn’t think mouthwash was necessary. As many of you know, mouthwash like Listerine penetrates every crevice and corner inside your mouth to kill bacteria that cause bad breath, plaque, and gingivitis. Think of it as an antiseptic for your mouth that kills 99% of germs in just 30 seconds.



Listerine is the most popular brand in the mouthwash industry, and per my dentist’s recommendation, I decided to go with Listerine. There are multiple varieties from Listerine, and the Cool Mint is the classic, bestselling variety.



It is quite strong at first. I briefly wondered if I should’ve bought the non-alcohol version (Listerine offers it for a milder flavor and experience); however, I got used to it pretty quickly. I teared up a bit initially, but my mouth got accustomed to the minty flavor and it started to feel so much more refreshing. Trust me, you’ll get used to that!



I use Listerine every morning and night as a part of my oral care routine. My mouth feels so much cleaner, and it has considerably addressed bad breath in the morning. No more embarrassing morning breath!
