I love Lotus Biscoff coffee cookies. Ever since I tried it on the airplane, I get regular shipments from Amazon. It was harder to find these cookies a few years ago (only on Amazon), but I now see more retailers are carrying them – Target (select locations), Central Market, and Market Street (grocery stores that can be found in Dallas, TX).

And then I found these cookies come in spread butter like Nutella. I was hooked on it for a few months, too. In my opinion, it tastes better than Nutella. But it’s hard to compare because Biscoff and Nutella are different kinds of sweetness. Nutella’s more hazelnut-chocolatey, whereas Biscoff, is just pure “cookies” if that makes any sense.

Anyway, then I found these at Costco. Of course, I had to get them!

I bought a box that contains 12 individual snack packs, and each pack is small enough to be stashed in a lunchbox or a backpack. They make great in-between-meal snacks as well.

The breadsticks are not salted or seasoned; just plain. The blandness allows me to enjoy the taste of the cookie butter, so no complaints there.

There are about a dozen breadsticks and a big spoonful of cookie butter for dipping. Yummmm.

We’re down to 2 packs, so I’ll be hitting Costco tomorrow.
