If you love artistic books, you can't go wrong with Taschen.

Taschen is an art book publisher founded in 1980. It is headquartered in Cologne, Germany, and it strives to make art more available in print media.

We purchased two books - the Complete Paintings of Vincent Van Gogh and the Complete Paintings and Drawings of Leonardo Da Vinci.

We visited the store in Los Angeles near the Grove to check out more books. Did you know the Grove has a Taschen store? We've been frequenting the Grove for years, and we didn't know about this store! We've been just passing by the store this whole time. It is located in the Original Farmers Market at 6333 W 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90036.

The store isn't too big, but it is filled with marvelous Taschen books.

Taschen also has limited edition prints and artworks, like this Mohammad Ali print. You can find more of Taschen's limited edition works on its website.

Taschen's publications come in all sizes, from oversized that are loved by collectors to pocket-sized books. Taschen also focuses on various art genres, from classical works like Salvador Dalí to more controversial art, so whichever genre you are interested in, chances are you'll find what you like.

The Grove store has an impressive selection of graphic art books.

Taschen has a collection of architecture and interior design books, as well. They'll make fabulous coffee table books for those who like to display books on their shelves, coffee tables, or console tables.

Vincent Van Gogh's works are still so iconic and influential today. His bold representations of textures, moods, lights, and places are among the most well-known and recognized in the world.

The book contains a complete catalog of his 871 paintings, so reading it would be a good opportunity to further understand and learn more about Van Gogh's lesser-known works.

The book contains descriptions and narratives about Van Gogh's life and his works.

His paintings are printed on high-quality paper, and the resolutions are clear and glare-free.

If you are a fan of Van Gogh and wish to learn more about his works, you will need this book in your library.

Leonardo Da Vinci - unmatched in his brilliance, aptitude, and dexterity, he is the epitome of the Renaissance man. His works are found everywhere in the world and are appreciated by millions. This copy of the Complete Paintings and Drawings of Leonardo Da Vinci is updated and published on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of his death.

This book contains an expansive collection of nearly 700 of Leonardo's drawings, diagrams, and sketches. We were filled with awe and wonder on every page we turned.

Each masterful brushstroke reveals his brilliance and ingenuity.

The books are big and heavy; however, they read easily, especially if you're interested in Van Gogh and Da Vinci.

You won't be disappointed with these books.

It is one day our dream to own this limited edition Annie Leibovitz book and a display easel. There are 9,000 signed and numbered copies of Annie Leibovitz's works, and they are available in 4 different cover photos.

This collector's edition comes with a tripod bookstand by Marc Newson. It will make a design statement, for sure.

Until next time!
