Attending the Fit Expo is an amazing opportunity to discover anything related to fitness. The LA Fit Expo 2024 was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center at 1201 S Figueroa St. Los Angeles, CA 90015.

Regardless of your fitness level or experience, you'll find something cool and new here. You can be a veteran fitness enthusiast who has been lifting weights for 15 years or a novice jogger who made a New Year's resolution to stay a bit more active this year.

This family-friendly event hosted many fitness brands and products that suit every fitness enthusiast ranging from bodybuilders and powerlifters to personal trainers, and competitive athletes.

So many people showed up last Saturday, and the venue was jam-packed!

The US Air Force and Marines had their own booths and were actively recruiting.

You could participate in this marines challenge for a reward. You might recognize this famous red marine bar. If you do 20 pull-ups, you win a Marine t-shirt.

The lower-tier rewards were water bottles and tote bags.

I actually managed to do 20 pull-ups and won the shirt.

It's a good-quality sweat-wicking shirt. It fits me well and dries quickly.

The Marines brought their military vehicle, and a lot of people were lining up to see it up close.

You don't see these cars every day, haha.

The Fit Expo hosted many fitness equipment and devices.

Shogun's FLEX is a smart portable resistance training device.

Ready to transform any space into a full-body workout zone, FLEX is an on-demand gym that you can carry to your parents' house, on business trips, or a weekend stay at an Airbnb.

Shogun also had other training equipment like the Nord-EX - the world's first and only product that combines a bench for Nordic Curls and an adjustable back extension. It allows you to train your entire posterior chain.

Or take BoxBlitX, an interactive cardio boxer. It has 8 modes and 3 speeds to keep you challenged.

They encouraged you to try it, and it was so engaging! Not as boring as walking, for sure. It's great cardio equipment, especially for those who love competitive sports.

After an intensive workout, you need a good massage.

Ceragem is an ultra-popular home massage machine brand from South Korea, and the design and mechanism are unparalleled. Ceragem's massagers are designed with utmost attention to aid muscle recovery and straighten spine alignment.

Platos Pro's dumbbells had a cool concept - less is more even the heavy dumbbells!

The brand creates, innovates, and sells the highest quality American-made premium strength and conditioning training devices globally. The PLATOS is a plate-lifting system that is compact and practical to provide effective weight training to people of all fitness levels.

The PLATOS weights are ultra-thin (3/8") and are ergonomically designed to fit in the palm of your hand.

Look how flat and compact they are. A cramped space is no longer an excuse to skip weight training with PLATOS.

There were many fitness apparel and accessories, as well.

Iron Rebel has a wide range of fitness apparel and gear that can be worn both in and outside of the gym.

Aren't these the coolest workout belts or what?

The Evogen booth had the largest crowd when I was there. Evogen is a supplement brand, and you can find all kinds of fitness supplements such as pre-workout or whey protein powder.

I was stoked to see Larry Wheels, a bodybuilder who has a YouTube channel with 2.89 million subscribers, as I'm a personal fan. He is one of the most popular fitness YouTubers, so you might recognize him as well.

Also, the Strength Cartel showed up!

Big Boy was signing posters and promoting the Strength Cartel brand.

All in all, the LA Fit Expo 2024 was a fun and interesting event. It hosted a myriad of interesting brands and celebrities who love fitness.
