When I google “the best dog shampoo” or search “dog shampoo” on Amazon, there are literally so many products with amazing ratings. I’ve come to realize that “best” is a rather subjective term because no dog is the same. The best shampoo for a dog with skin allergies is one that contains soothing oatmeal, and for a dog with fleas, specially-formulated flea shampoos are probably what they need. Trying different shampoos to “test” out and find the right shampoo for your dog is probably the best, but it can be both time-consuming and research-heavy. Having said that, I’d like to share my dog’s favorite shampoo for you to test out.
I’ve tried a myriad of dog shampoos out there from well-known brands like Burt’s Bees to super premium niche pet brands. And Aesop’s Animal Shampoo completely won my (and my dog’s) heart.

It’s much better than the diluted, watery formula because it clings onto dogs’ hair better and therefore less shampoo gets wasted that way.
