Are you familiar with Artipoppe, a premium baby carrier brand that celebrities and influencers can't get enough of? If you are curious about Artipoppe's Zeitgeist Baby Carrier and have been wondering if it's worth the hype, read on - this post is for you.
I won't lie - I was introduced to this carrier because one of the influencers I follow was wearing one. I am neither an influencer nor a celebrity, but the style and design looked so appealing that I had to try one for myself.
I ordered the Zeitgeist Jane Goodall x Artipoppe in Linen shown above. It retails for $430. Artipoppe Zeitgeist baby carriers cost anywhere from $370 to $3,750(!!!), depending on the materials they are made of.
There were so many beautiful patterns, but I wanted a neutral color so it goes well with my normal outfits. I wear a lot of cream, beige, and white, so this linen color seemed like the perfect choice.
All Artipoppe baby carriers come in this artistic and fancy box. I couldn't throw it away! I will use it to store it once my baby outgrows it. The box is too cute!
The components are simple - you get the Zeitgeist baby carrier, an instruction manual, and an illustrated postcard.
Artipoppe has collaborated with Jane Goodall to create this linen Zeitgeist baby carrier. Goodall's lifelong work has focused on the chimpanzees of Gombe Stream National Park in Tanzania, and she has drawn inspiration from her lifelong work.
This embroidered emblem on the waist belt represents Africa and the location of Gombe National Park. I was also thrilled to learn that 10% of all worldwide revenue will be donated to the Jane Goodall Institute.
The carrier is made of 50% linen and 50% organic cotton.
The fabric feels firm to the touch.
What I particularly loved about the Zeitgeist baby carrier is that it is suitable for all stages from newborn to toddler. A lot of baby carriers say they are designed for newborns, but they tend to be too clunky or large, but my 7 lbs baby fits well inside the Zeitgeist.
The front pocket is a nice touch - you can add a credit card or a cell phone.
The carrier is adjustable to 4 sizing positions, and it is extremely comfortable.
Look at these gold buckles!
The Zeitgeist carrier is unisex and is suitable for breastfeeding.
Isn't this beautiful?
It's a stylish carrier that keeps my baby secure and within reach.
If you have a lot of beige and neutral clothes, you will be happy with the linen color. I know a lot of people buy the lighter color, but in my opinion, the linen color is more neutral and goes better with toned-down hues.
I've used the carrier for about a week now, and I love it. I use it every day when I'm walking around the house or taking a stroll in the neighborhood. It's a great bonding experience. My baby sleeps like, well, a baby! Considering how other "premium" baby carriers cost around $300 as well, I'd choose the Zeitgeist in a heartbeat because it's not only functional but also super stylish. The $3000 Zeitgeist is a tad too much (I mean, for the price, can you even afford to clean it?), but a $370 Zeitgeist is going to be definitely worth it.
