This is the only cleaner I need to keep my bathroom clean and odor-free. I clean the shower enclosure daily with this cleaner, and it keeps the nasty soap scum and mildew at bay. I’d rather clean the shower more frequently with natural products than use harsh chemicals every few weeks. The longer soap scum and mildew stay, the harder it’s going to be to clean them. Still, I do not want to spend too much time cleaning the shower, so I opted for something that is easy to use daily.

For a household cleaner, it was on the pricier end (around $9 for 1qt); however, after trying it myself, I had no regrets. The Bac-Out Bathroom Cleaner contains a unique blend of live enzyme cultures with lavender and lime extracts. The cleaner doesn’t make my throat itchy, and the fragrance is so natural.
Initially, I had to scrub the shower tiles, grout, and hardware with a scrubbing brush to remove any stubborn messes. I let the cleaner sit for 5-10 minutes per Biokleen’s direction, and I was able to remove everything easily. And then the hard part was over. Now I liberally spray the cleaner after my shower. I get ready and do the daily routine (drying hair, putting on moisturizer, etc.,), and then quickly rinse off the cleaner. It sort of became a daily habit of mine, so it doesn’t feel like a chore anymore.
Nobody likes to use harsh chemicals in his or her home if there is a safer alternative that is as effective as them. I cannot recommend Biokleen enough.
