When I was at the Japanese Food Expo 2023 in Universal City, CA, I discovered Myojo - a highly established Japanese instant ramen noodle company.
Myojo has been around since the 1950s and they produce dozens of different instant noodle products.
As you can see from the photos above, Myojo not only focuses on different tasting soups and sauces of the noodles but also various texture and thickness of the noodles. That's some seriously high-level ramen business!
I had the opportunity to try some of their samples, and they were delicious!
I was especially impressed that the noodles were so chewy. If the exhibitors told me that these noodles were freshly made on the spot, I would have believed them without a doubt.
Other than the Yakisoba, my favorite is Tonkotsu ramen.
The packaging of Myojo instant noodles looks like the above, and they are super easy to make!
I always like to add some meat and vegetables for better taste and nutritional qualities.
You can buy Myojo noodles at your local Asian grocery stores such ass Hmart, Mitsuwa, 99 Ranch Market, etc.!
