Trader Joe's Holiday Treats

Holidays are all about spending time with family and enjoying good food.

I love shopping at Trader Joe’s around the holidays because they have great seasonal snacks and treats on every aisle.

Over the years, my family and I have tried various Trader Joe’s seasonal goodies, and these are the top 3 we load our cart with.

My husband loves egg nog, but unfortunately, he is lactose intolerant.

The Almond Nog is great for those who have certain food allergies or sensitivities but still wish to enjoy egg nog (without eggs).

The Almond Nog is egg, lactose, and dairy, gluten and soy free, and is also vegan.

It still has a rich taste, so, I enjoy it too.

Although I’m not sensitive to the said ingredients, I don’t mind drinking the Almond Nog.

Watch out for the calories, though!

Ah, the Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s.

You’re bound to love this if you like peppermint and Oreo-like sandwich cookies.

What I really like about the Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s is that the cookies aren’t overly sweet.

Although I love Oreos, I feel like they’re too sweet from time to time.

I can barely eat 2 cookies at a time, but I find myself constantly munching on these Joe-Joe’s.

The cookies have a strong peppermint taste (you can actually taste the real candy cane pieces), so if you’re not a fan of mint-flavored snacks, I’d pass on these.

But since I love everything peppermint, these satisfy my sweet tooth all winter long.

Trader Joe’s Danish Butter Cookies don’t scream Christmas; however, they’re so good that I needed to recommend them. I don’t see these cookies year-round, so I’m guessing they’re also seasonal treats.

The cookies have a traditional Danish butter cookie taste – buttery, soft, and delicious.

They feel fresh right out of the tin and have the perfect blend of crunchy and soft.

The cookies have a generous expiration date, so you can enjoy them later after the holidays.

And I’m keeping the tin case!
