Every time Nordstrom has its Anniversary Sale this month, I find myself browsing the listing multiple times during the duration of the sale. I snagged so many good deals last year and wanted to do a post on them.

Barefoot Dreams

I know I probably cannot discuss the Anniversary Sale without mentioning Barefoot Dreams. Its cult-favorite cardigan gets included in the Anniversary Sale every year and gets sold out almost immediately. Last year, Barefoot Dreams must’ve decided to up its game even more because it included various home and pet products - throw blankets, dog beds and sweaters, throw pillows, and so on.

Barefoot Dreams

For those who are not familiar with Barefoot Dreams, it is a popular brand that is known for heavenly-soft clothing, bedding, and various other home goods. Barefoot Dreams products are made with 100% polyester and render an incredibly soft feel against the skin. I used to think so badly of polyester, thinking about the cheap and thin polyester clothing that was used instead of silk to cut down production costs. But these feel nothing like those paper-thin polyester garbage. So plush and soft.

Barefoot Dreams

Since they’re made of polyester, caring for Barefoot Dreams products is so easy. Everything can be machine washed in the cold water setting and is tumble dry safe. Just make sure not to add any fabric softeners, as they can alter the look and feel of the fabric. I was them in a Delicate Wash cycle (cold water with low spin), and tumble dry them at the lowest temperature.

I bought the CozyChic ™ Leopard Pet Bed dog bed and some dog sweaters. And nothing will be going back.

I’ve been seriously drooling over Barefoot Dreams’ CozyChic ™ Cozy Pet Bed for as long as I can remember, but I couldn’t justify dropping $336 for two dog beds (Each bed retails for $168, but I needed to get 2 since my dogs would fight for it if I’d only gotten one). The Anniversary Sale brought the price down to $120, so it was my chance to finally shower my dogs with gifts.

The bed is available in 2 sizes - Medium (24”x32”) and Large (32”x40”). I bought 2 Large beds, and they are perfect for my medium-sized dogs. I have a 35 lbs Shiba Inu and a 30 lbs Staffordshire Bull Terrier. My dogs love to stretch out their legs on their beds, so the large beds turned out to be the perfect size.

It also offers a rope handle for humans to carry the bed around from a bedroom to the living room to the home office.

There is a low-profile zipper closure to facilitate washing. The cover can be separated from the insert completely.

The insert is not the best quality I’ve seen from dog beds, so when the insert flattens out completely and loses support, I’ll probably replace it with a more orthopedic insert. But the cover is so soft and plush, so I justify the price.

The cover also has an attached blanket, so if your dog is a burrower, he/she will be thrilled with this.

My dogs are loving these beds, and I’m so excited to get them. They look so happy, LOL.

I also got the CozyChic ™ Leopard Dog Sweaters in Cream/Stone color. It was a steal at 30 bucks (compared to $45), and my dogs will be wearing their matching sweaters every time we go for a walk when the weather gets colder. It does get pretty chilly in the mornings and evenings in LA, so I’ll reach for them often whenever my dogs need a little extra warmth.

The sweater has 2 arm holes and an additional hole for you to run through the leash.

These sweaters are available in 3 colors and 5 sizes.

Note, though, that even the XL sweaters aren't too large, and they won't fit extra-large breeds. But the sweaters are very stretchy, so they will accommodate most.

These sweaters, like all Barefoot Dreams products, are machine washable.

Barefoot Dreams' pet products keep my dogs cozy and warm.
