If you own a Stokke Sleepi Bed, I highly suggest getting a matching Stokke mattress and fitted sheet.
There are mattresses that are compatible with Stokke cribs, but they don't seem to fit as snugly and perfectly as the Stokke mattress.
Ill-fitting mattresses (especially ones that are smaller) pose a safety hazard, so I cannot recommend the Stokke mattress enough.
Stokke's Sleepi Bed Mattress V3 is compatible with the Sleepi Bed V3 (products purchased after September 2022), and as you can see, it fits inside the bed perfectly without any gaps.
The mattress has layers of breathable 3D mesh for airflow, and it comes with an additional washable mesh liner. I like the mattress with mesh layers for babies because the layers ensure the air circulates properly and prevent overheating.
The mattress is quite firm to the touch, and this is what we want for babies because firmer mattresses are actually safer and more comfortable for them.
I went with the fitted sheet from Stokke as well, and I'm happy with the quality of it.
Made of 100% soft cotton percale, it feels cool to the touch and crisp.
As a backup, I ordered another fitted sheet but in a different pattern. There are currently 4 colors/patterns of fitted sheets available, and I had to get the Mickey Mouse pattern!
My favorite stuffed animal when I was a child was Mickey, so it only seemed fitting that I get the Mickey-patterned fitted sheet. I remember carrying him everywhere I went.
It's always good to have extra fitted sheets, especially for babies.
