The LA Fit Expo 2024 was an arena for many snack and supplement brands to showcase their products. There were snacks for all types of diet and dietary restrictions - keto, paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free, and I had my tote bag filled with free samples I got. And I was quite surprised by how tasty these snacks were. These days, there are so many snack choices that agree with your diet, so you can snack guilt-free while feeling and looking your best. These are some of my personal favorites from the pile of samples I got.
Simple Truth had a big booth, and so many people were lining up for the samples! Simple Truth is a Kroger brand, and you can purchase its products at Ralphs - not just snacks but various grocery items like produce, poultry, beef, or canned goods.
I tried the Sea Salt Veggie Straws, and they were so good!
Contains 30% less fat than regular potato chips, and they are crunchy and yummy.

There are currently 8 flavors. The one I sampled was the Chili Mango Fire gummies, and they were quite frankly better than a lot of regular gummies. I wasn't sure how mango goes with spice (can sweet and spicy go together?), but it was refreshingly delicious.
There is a slow burn after the initial sweet mango flavor, and it's so addictive! It's definitely going on my grocery list.
