So excited for this soundbar!
My living room TV desperately needed a soundbar, and I landed on the Beosound Stage from Bang & Olufsen. It offers a 3 channel sound system with a superior center channel for optimized speech reproduction. You know how it's so hard to hear what the actors are saying when you're watching an action movie? The commotion, background noise, and music are blasting, but the speech is inaudible? I had to enable subtitles because of that, and the Beosound Stage is supposed to remedy that problem.
As I was unboxing, all I could think about was how minimalistic and seamless the soundbar was.
The soundbar includes a mounting template to make the installation process as seamless as possible.
Also setting up the soundbar is easy - the basic TV sound setup only requires a HDMI cable, which is included. You just need to set the Beosound Stage as the sound output on your TV.
The Beosound Stage comes in 4 finishes - natural, black anthracite, gold tone, and smoked oak.
I got the natural - a black speaker front with silver edges.
You can purchase an additional speaker front to customize the look of your soundbar. I purchased the Smoked Oak front to soften the look and introduce some texture -
The sound is crisp and clear, and I can actually listen to what the characters are saying in the show.
