The Chuckit! Sport Launcher comes in 5 sizes, and each launcher promises an excellent range of launches and endless hours of fun.
The grip is comfortable to hold, but you can get a more steady grip if you get the Chuckit! Ultra Grip Launcher. I bought this to play fetch in my backyard, so I was totally okay with the Sport Launcher's grip. Nothing heavy duty, but I wanted something long-range, so that my dog can get exercise.
The Sport Launcher allows me to throw a ball with a flick of my wrist. Instead of using the full arm motion, which I had to do before buying this, I can now throw balls using the minimum shoulder and arm motion.
"Scooping" the ball is also easy and intuitive.
Once the ball is in the scoop, it doesn't fall off unless I use my wrist motion.
My dog is ready to go play some fetch!
My dog was actually more interested in the Iauncher than the ball, haha!
The ball launcher is very light, so it doesn't bother my weak wrists even from repeated actions.
A tired dog is a happy dog!
