You can't beat Costco for quality products that are reasonably priced. 

I've been buying this dog bed for years now, and it's perfect in my family room where my dog lounges during the day. 

It is technically a pet "mat", as it has a lower profile than regular plush beds; however, its dense yet supportive foam makes sure my dog stays comfy and relaxed. The memory foam insert is about 2" high, and it comes with a very soft, plush faux fur cover that my dog loves. 

Costco offers 3 different colors for this bed; however, it only comes in 1 size - 39.7" x 34.6". 

The faux fur cover is so soft! 

The bed weighs 4.5 lbs, but it doesn't move or slide around thanks to a non-skid backing. 

The cover is removable and machine washable. 

I suggest air-drying the cover by about 80% and finishing it up in the dryer, low heat to minimize shrinking. 

My 32 lbs Shiba Inu fits comfortably, no matter the sleeping position. And she can comfortably stretch all of her legs without feeling crowded. 

I wouldn't recommend this bed for larger or taller dogs, though. The description at Costco's website says it's intended for larger breeds, but in my opinion, medium-sized dogs would feel most comfortable.
