I love my Dyson Airwrap. Ever since I bought it in 2020, I've been using it religiously to style my hair, and it's been working out great. Some people lament that they don't use their Airwrap as much as they'd hoped and say it was a regrettable purchase; however, I'm getting so many uses out of my Airwrap, and now I can't imagine styling my hair without it. I travel with it everywhere I go, too.
Dyson Airwrap comes in its signature storage box.
It keeps all the attachments neatly and tidies up my vanity space.
The cover's handle has a magnetic closure.
Of course, you can't do anything without the Airwrap styler itself. All of Airwrap's attachments are not compatible with other hair dryers, including Dyson's Supersonic, so you must have the Airwrap styler.
I love how the Airwrap doesn't cause excessive damage to my hair. The heat isn't too extreme, so I feel like the Airwrap minimizes damage to my hair even from daily use.
I have the Airwrap Complete, which consists of 2 brushes, 4 barrels, a dryer, and a round brush.
Dyson recently came up with an upgraded version of the Airwrap, which consists of a New Coanda smoothing dryer, 2 different-sized barrels, 2 different types of brushes, a round brush, and a filter cleaning brush.
I'm very happy with my current Airwrap, so I don't think I'll be upgrading to the new one soon, though.
This is the Airwrap's dryer. It's not as powerful as the Supersonic; however, Dyson claims it delivers 80% of the Supersonic's drying power. I have no problem drying my hair to the desired dryness in a short time, so I'm very happy with it. It is still much more powerful than other cheap hair dryers.
You can remove the attachment by pressing down the lever on the back of the styler.
It removes easily and smoothly.
I use the Round Volumizing Brush the most!
It is a must-have item if you blow-dry your hair with a round brush.
I was always curling the ends of my hair by awkwardly holding a round brush on one hand and a dryer on the other. Now with the Airwrap, I can hold both the round brush and a dryer in one hand, so I can focus on sectioning my hair and styling it with much ease. This alone was worth the purchase.
The bristles heat up nicely and delivers heat evenly.
I use the highest heat and medium air setting, and the styling is perfect.
These two brushes are called Firm Smoothing Brush and Soft Smoothing Brush.
The colored one is the Soft Smoothing Brush.
I actually use these brushes to give volume on the crown of my head.
The older version of the Airwrap has 4 barrels because each barrel only works in one direction.
So in order to style the other side of the hair, you need to switch the barrel. I personally don't use the barrels too much, so I don't find them to be annoying.
Dyson's Airwrap is such a game changer, and if you've been struggling with hair for as long as you can remember, it'd be totally worth it.
