I've owned an iPhone since it first came out in 2007, and until now, I've never used a Casetify case. I've seen so many people raving about Casetify cases, but I never really understood why these clunky and heavy cases were appealing. I was never going to pay close to $100 for a phone case. Or so I thought.
As you can see, I'm now a Casetify case owner, and to my surprise, I'm really liking it. It's one of those things that you need to try for yourself to believe it.
I ordered the new Impact Ring Stand Case.
The coolest thing about Casetify cases is its customization. Once you choose the type of phone case you want (in my case, the Impact Ring Stand Case), you get to choose the pattern. And then if you so wish, you can add personalization - your name or brand, etc.
There are several font styles, layouts, and text colors available, so it'd be pretty difficult to find an identical Casetify case that is customized.
I opted for a regular phone case without any customization because I didn't want to wait for it. I sort of regret not getting it now, though! Mine is in the Natural Flower pattern.
The Ring Impact Stand Case is MagSafe compatible.
What is so unique and convenient about the Impact Ring Stand case is that its camera ring doubles as a phone stand. I've used various phone stands like Popsockets in the past, but I ended up removing them as they felt so heavy and cumbersome to carry. Not this one, though!
The ring stays flushed when closed, but I can easily open it to make it into a stand.
I can use it vertically, as well.
The ring lifts and swivels in various angles, so I can position the phone just the way I want it.
The case fits my iPhone 15 Pro like a glove. To be fair, any phone case fits its model perfectly, so I won't say Casetify's fit is superior. However, the grip does feel very nice and stable.
This ring stand feature really convinced me to purchase a Casetify case. It isn't as heavy as I thought it'd be, either. I don't dare drop testing my phone to test Casetify's claims; however, it seems to be protecting my phone well.
Hands-free Youtube watching is finally possible!
My next Casetify phone case will definitely be customized!
