I got one Newborn size and the next size, just to be prepared. I heard you don't need to use it on the baby the whole time, so I got one each, just to see how my baby likes it. A lot of moms use it just at night. 

Swaddle Ups are made of 93% cotton and 7% elastane. 

These garments are machine washable and tumbler dryer friendly. I would use gentle baby detergent, though. Harsh chemicals can't be good. 

I still can't believe how tiny these clothes are! 

The twin zipper allows easy diaper changes. You can just unzip the bottom half to change the baby's diaper.
