I've been using Therabody's JetBooks during my pregnancy, and they are helping my leg swelling immensely. Technology rocks.

Therabody is originally intended for aiding muscle recovery pre-and post-workout.

I've been wearing compression socks before purchasing the RecoveryAir JetBoots to combat pregnancy-related leg swelling. It's been a bizarre experience because I have pretty muscular, toned legs, and they rarely swell. Compression socks have been helping me a little bit, but the JetBoots are even better. Much, much better.

There are 3 types of JetBoots worth considering - RecoveryAir PRO, RecoveryAir JetBoots, and RecoveryAir Prime. There are 1st generation RecoveryAirs, which were heavily discounted, but the newly improved RecoveryAir lines were much better.

I carefully compared the three and decided the RecoveryAir JetBoots were the one for me.

The wireless feature of the JetBoots was particularly intriguing to me because I wanted to use them when I'm traveling as well.

The contents are simple - 2 compression boots, a charger, a splitter charging cord, and a boots pouch.

RecoveryAir JetBoots work by using pneumatic compression technology.

It's nothing fancy or new, but really useful when your legs are swollen from low blood circulation.

The JetBoots are designed to boost circulation, reduce muscle soreness, decrease swelling and stiffness, and relieve muscle fatigue.

You can think of these as compression boots with customizable compression strength. Most compression socks can only deliver 20mmHg of pressure, at best. And they tend to lose their pressure as you wash them; however, the JetBoots can deliver up to 100mmHg of pressure.

The box has tamper-proofing stickers, so be sure to check them to make sure they didn't send you a refurbished one by accident.

The JetBoots are neatly packaged in a travel pouch, and they are so travel-friendly.

They aren't terribly heavy, either.

These are everything that was included in the box.

Once the boots are decompressed, they fit nicely inside the travel pouch.

I can use the JetBoots pretty much anywhere - on the couch, bed, or a lounger.

As long as I can stretch my legs, I'm good to go.

You need to download Therabody app to choose the pressure, time, and operating mode.

The app requires you to connect the boots, but it's a simple and straightforward process.

I wish I purchased these sooner, like as soon as my legs start to swell.

But they're doing wonders to my legs now.
