Now, you might think and wonder if it's worth dropping so much money on an air fryer. You can find much cheaper air fryers, after all. But you don't replace appliances often, and considering how reliable and versatile this oven/air fryer is, I think the price is justifiable.

I got extra mesh baskets, so I could dehydrate chicken in bulk. They are great for air frying, as well, but if you're cooking something greasy, I suggest using a liner on the bottom of the appliance. It'll make cleanup a breeze!
These mesh liners allow for proper air circulation so the ingredients cook thoroughly.
Whether you're toasting a few slices of sandwich bread or air-frying French fries, these mesh baskets will ensure the food is crunchy and evenly cooked.

I was so impressed with its air fryer function. Many toaster ovens promote they can also air fry; however, in my experience, they are really not the same. They seldom create the same texture (crunchy on the outside and moist inside) that air fryers do. The Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro does live up to its claim. I air-fried frozen chicken, and it turned out amazing, all without the excess oil!
Frozen corndogs were cooked to perfection, as well!
