One of my absolute favorite food is chicken karaage - Japanese-style fried chicken.

I like to buy pre-made and frozen chicken karaage from the brand Shirakiku (available at your local Asian grocery stores), and I can make them any time I want in 10 minutes.

Despite being fried food, the chicken karaage's protein content is relatively high. When mixed with salad, it can make a healthy meal.

Chicken Karaage pairs well with any occasion that involves food, whether it is a drinking party, a snack meal, or just a regular meal. The Japanese cooking style, karaage, makes the food crispy on the outside, and the chicken thigh inside is very soft and chewy.

Cooking chicken karaage is really easy! Once I take them out from my freezer, I put them straight into my air fryer and set it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. You can vary the temperature and time depending on how crispy you want them to be.

Try some chicken karaage, and you'll find yourself restocking them in your freezer every time you run out!
