If you're looking for a flatware refresh, consider these colorful pieces from Sabre Paris. The Bistrot cutlery from Sabre Paris has recognizable and iconic visible rivets with a pop of color. The design is inspired by restaurants, cafes, and terraces, and they have amassed a cult-like following.

This flatware collection has so many types of flatware. The collection includes not just a 5-piece setting that consists of a salad spoon, salad fork, dinner spoon, dinner fork, and dinner knife, but other specialty flatware like dessert spoons, tea spoons, rice paddles, or cheese knives.

What I love the most about this flatware is that there is nothing like it. The uniqueness is unparalleled, and it can pull off any table setting - traditional or modern, this flatware can take it. They lean more casual, so I wouldn't use them for formal table settings; however, the flatware can seamlessly transition from traditional to modern. The visible rivets allow you to achieve a farmhouse and quaint look. And if you choose sleeker colors like black, you can also pull off a modern table setting.

I think the Bistrot Solid flatware captures the alfresco dining vibe most successfully. The colorful handles and three round rivets make the flatware unforgettable and classic.

If you're interested in a more natural, farmhouse table setting, you can go with the teak finish.

Although beautiful, it was a hard pass for me because the wood required me to handwash it.

The Bistrot flatware is available in the "Vintage" finish, as well. Compared to the "Shiny" finish which has a glossy and polished look, the "Vintage" finish is matte which results in a more industrial look.

The "Vintage" finish is so unique, and I personally think it truly highlights the Bistrot collection for the better. Interestingly, though, I chose the "Shiny" finish because I wasn't sure how they'd feel against the lips. And the "Shiny" finish looked easier to care for.

These are made of 18/10 stainless steel, and the handles for the Bistrot Solid are made of acrylic. They are dishwasher-safe.

I was specifically looking for dessert forks, spoons, and spreaders, so I ordered individual pieces. They are much better value if you buy them in sets, so if you're considering replacing your existing flatware sets, buy them in sets! These pieces are only available as singles.

If you purchase the flatware in sets, they come in these colorful boxes, in perfectly giftable condition.

Mine arrived in the reusable zipped bag because I purchased individual pieces. This could be a dealbreaker for some who are purchasing the individual pieces as gifts. I didn't have any issue with the packaging because I intended to use them myself, but sure, it would've been nice to get the colorful boxes.

I chose 4 colors for the dessert spoons and forks - light khaki, burgundy, pastel green, and aquamarine.

These spoons are smaller than regular dinner spoons, so they are perfect for yogurts, ice cream, and other desserts. You can also use them as tea spoons, but I find them to be a tad too large for tea.

For the spreader, instead of burgundy, I got ivory.

The cake forks are perfect for desserts and fruits. They are slightly smaller than salad forks, but you can use them as salad forks. I just like the size because they're great for enjoying desserts like cake, muffins, or other bakery items.

Now that I think about it, these forks would be great for kids, as well.

The forks have the Sabre logo engraved on the back.

They stack nicely next to each other like so. They look so nice in my flatware drawer!

I initially wished to get the dessert spoon, fork, and spreader to use as accent pieces, but now I want the whole flatware set.
