My love for jelly beans goes a long way. I’ve always preferred jelly beans to other gummy bears or soft candy, so when I saw a box of jelly beans at Trader Joe’s, I had to reach for it. The box reminded me of the movie theater boxed candy, with a small opening on top.

You can see all 18 flavors on the box, so you won’t get any surprise flavors. I made sure to remove all licorice jelly beans because I absolutely can’t stand that cough syrup taste. In fact, I didn’t even attempt to try it! Other than that, all other jelly beans are delicious, my personal favorite flavor is the mango.

It was interesting to find that these “beans” didn’t have the perfectly oval shape like most jelly beans I’ve tried. Each bean was slightly different in size. When examined closely, they looked more like small pebbles than beans.

They taste great, and I love how they never leave my hand sticky.
Another Trader Joe’s hit!
