Wow - I've been searching for something like this for the longest time.

If you have a laptop and spend long hours staring down at the screen, you need this for the sake of your neck and posture. My neck was always aching and sore, and I found myself feeling exhausted. I used a stack of books to elevate the laptop, but it was cumbersome to bring stacks of books everywhere I go. I did a lot of research and landed on Twelve South's HiRise for MacBook, and it's a phenomenal laptop stand.

Compatible with Macbook sizes 11", 12", 13", and 15", the stand supports the laptop securely, and the height can be adjusted depending on your height, the table/chair you're sitting on, etc.

I liked its silver finish - it looks very similar to Macbooks, and it blends seamlessly into my desk MacBook setup.

Twelve South designed the stand so that the laptop doesn't slide down.

The triangular surface area where the laptop will be landing is equipped with skid-proof rubber, so your laptop stays on.

Also, the stand itself is secure with the rubber backing on the bottom.

The backing protects the surface where the stand sits, as well.

You can adjust the height of the stand by twisting the knob on the back of the stand clockwise. Once it loosens up, you can manually elevate or lower the stand. Once the stand reaches the desired height, you can then twist the knob counterclockwise to lock it.

There were a lot of cheaper alternatives on Amazon and eBay, but all in all, I am so glad I purchased this. It's well-made and sturdy.

The stand is well-balanced so it won't tip over even if you place the full 15" laptop.

The laptop stays steady, and it doesn't slide down or tip over.

Even with the adjustable height feature, the stand doesn't wobble, which is a huge plus.

It's a solid adjustable laptop stand that I recommend to everyone who's looking to relieve some pressure on his or her neck. This will drastically improve your posture and alleviate your neck pain.
