If you’re looking for an organizer that stores miscellaneous items around the house, office, or classroom, this is it – The Tool Box from Vitra. I have used various organizers, trays, and storage drawers for my home office over the years, but some items that I frequently use ended up on the desk, cluttering my workspace and desk area. Office supplies like a stapler, tape dispenser, stacks of post its, and various pens ended up on the desk, permanently overstaying their welcome. I debated for months (yes, months!) for this organizer because shelling out $50 seemed insane for a plastic box with a handle. As you can see, I ended up buying it, and I seriously couldn’t be happier. In fact, I insist on having one by my office desk.

Vitra’s Tool Box is a versatile storage box that can be used for various organizing needs. It comes in so many pretty colors, although you can find more neutral colors if that’s what you’re looking for. I, too, gravitate toward neutral colors, so I got the white one.

The Tool Box comes securely packaged in Vitra’s signature box. It doesn’t require any assembly, either.

Designed by Arik Levy in 2010, the Tool Box has been consistently featured in interior magazines, Instagram, and other social media.

The thoughtfully designed compartments really set this Tool Box apart from other organizers. The compartments are designed and sized so that storing miscellaneous items is intuitive. Indeed, all the small items I had lying around have their place now.

The box surprisingly holds a lot of things. I’m currently storing a calculator, stapler, microfiber cloth for the Mac, scissors, a bunch of pens, a tape dispenser, lip balms, and post its. Yup, they all fit inside this box, and I still have some room left.

I’d just carry the box throughout the house, depending on where I’m working. And everything I need is right inside this box.

Everything looks so much more organized even if the box is out in the open, and all of my essential office supplies are within my reach.
